Journal of Intelligent Systems, Control, and Applications (JISCA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research and applied studies on intelligent systems, modern control and automation, and practical artificial intelligence. The journal welcomes contributions spanning learning algorithms, classification and prediction methods, optimization and decision-making, modeling and system identification, and controller design, including hybrid approaches that combine data-driven learning with classical and robust control.

JISCA emphasizes methodological rigor and reproducibility, alongside application-driven impact. We publish work validated through sound theory, benchmarking, simulation, and/or real-world deployment across domains such as cyber-physical systems, robotics and autonomous systems, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, energy and power systems, transportation, healthcare technologies, and IoT-enabled infrastructures.

The journal particularly encourages submissions that connect algorithms to system-level performance and constraints (e.g., safety, stability, robustness, interpretability, latency, and resource limits). In addition to regular research articles, JISCA welcomes case studies, experimental reports, review papers, and high-quality student projects that demonstrate clear technical contributions and credible evaluation.

Journal of Intelligent Systems, Control, and Applications (JISCA) publishes peer-reviewed, open-access research and applied studies across intelligent systems, control and automation, and applied AI. We welcome work on learning algorithms, classification and prediction, optimization and decision-making, modeling and system identification, and AI-enabled applications in cyber-physical and industrial systems.

Call for submissions: We particularly encourage high-quality student projects and applied papers with clear technical contributions and credible evaluation (benchmarks, simulation, experiments, and/or deployment evidence).
